you're not hardcore viet unless you can eat the ca cuong and mam (not nuoc mam, but the actual hardcore mam ca tu or other kinds of real mam).

also, the pig's feet in bun bo hue is the best part next to the actual broth and blood pie cubes.....yummm!!!!

Amen to that! They all stink but they're all soooooo good. Eat it with some plain boiled pork meat and rice and I'm in heaven.

My dad makes the best mam tom.

My dad says that all the time ...I think he is trying to say "God damn"! But says "Cac tem" instead.
