PM sundevilljay or caskyline. they can do an emblem delete and paint your grille black for you. i strongly advise against spray painting your grille..

though if you wanna keep the emblem and just paint your grille then take it to a body shop where they can properly strip the chrome, prep, paint and all that good stuff..
