Man we just had the hottest day here in Indiana. hehe

It was cloudy most of the afternoon, but at least it was a dry heat Not as hot as 121, but 111 for Portland is pretty darn hot.

this was in whittier at the Torcousa.com Car show. 7 hours in 113 degrees. it never cooled down and there was hardly any shade!! it was crazy!

My son in law and I drove into the SFV this am to
hunt down some parts for his Ford truck. From
9am until noon were running around in his red BMW
convert with the top down. It didn't become
unbearable until we were headed home and his
outside temp read 110.....that's one way to get some
color......ouch!

 

I saw 110 driving through Gilroy, CA yesterday. I didn't get a pic though.

News media this am said it was 117 degrees in
Canyon Country.......that's in the eastern part of
the S/C valley.........when's it gona stop?

I stopped to get gas in Valencia yesterday afternoon about 3:00 (driving home to Norcal from a week in Disneyland) and it was like 110 or so at that time...getting out of our Sequoia was like walking into a blast furnace. It was still 100 at 9:00 last night with the sun down (around Tracy CA at that time).
