in next 20 years they say temp can be at 150 degrees

nobody has answered my original question regarding the location of the temperature sensor. anyone know?

 

 

Phoenix,AZ. Driving for a while before pic was taken.

 

It's in the owner's manual:

"The ambient temperature sensor is located
in front of the radiator. The sensor
may be affected by road or engine heat,
wind direction and other driving conditions.
The display may differ from the actual
outside temperature or the temperature
displayed on various signs or billboards."

 

Caught this today when I went to go eat lunch...

Damn those are some hot temps. I took a pic a couple days ago of my my temp display showed. The next day it said 110. Too dang hot!!

 

Had 110 in Seattle area a little while back and like 105 a few days ago...(thats what my temperature meter said at least :-) it was aroudn 100-102 outside temperature

 

the hottest temp recorded on earth was 139 in the middle east
so you real close to that

 

i wasn't able to take a picture, but my temperature guage said 106 on monday when i was leaving work that's pretty damn hot for so cal...

 

Lies, mine was 122
