Yeah man, couldn't stand the gap between the grill and the hood. Did you ever throw the stock grill on to see if it was the bumper rather than the grill??

yuup. stock grille fit fine. i have a friend that has a new generation sp grille (it fits 100% perfectly on his g with stock bumper) so i am test fittin his before i buy anything else. i just wanna be 100% positive that its the grille that is fvcked up and not the bumper. cause if its the bumper then theres not a whole lot i can do about it

I complained to SP about the fitment on the grill and they said it probably flexed during shipment. LOL I never new fiberglass could flex without cracking.

Sorry to resurrect from the dead, but can anyone tell me if he's dropped at all in the first photos? I'm about to pick up a set of these for a good price, and I have no drop so I want to know if these are how they're going to sit.

Please and thank you!

That is how I read it as well, no drop in the first pictures. I had the same set up with no drop you still will need the fenders rolled and lower it ASAP I read a few posts until I looked at the date

If you search "sylvan lake G35 pics" I have a thread when I had the nismo front ant GTS wheels at stock ride height I would link or paste pictures but I am not around my computer today.

I picked them up yesterday. Awesome price and now I need to save for some springs to hold me down for now, then camber arms and then coils. These things look SICK.

I can't decide if I want to roll on these with a 2 inch gap between wheel and fender, or stay on my OEM 18's until I can get the springs to appease my eyes...

I ran at OEM height for several months before I got coilovers. Looking back it must have looked lame but I guess it still looks better than OEM wheels? I would put them on now.

If this pops up I will save you some confusion. There will be a bolt on each front brake rotor in the centre they are there so the OEM rear wheels don't get rotated to the front. You have to remove the bolt in order to install the Volks you will know what I am talking about when you try to install the front wheels.
