I've even tried to use a claybar to take off the dirt and it wont come off.... any help guys???

I had to roll my fenders once I lowered the car with 275 Nittos in the back. It didn't rub all the time, but it did with hard cornering. Now there's plenty of room. Going with 285 rears in the future.
