I too like this. The only thing is that I would paint the grill and do a partial paint of the hood so that it makes the hood look smaller.

 

Now, this is a nicecolor scheme and tastefully done...

Looks good so I say definitely do it. Lately alot of people have been going with painting their roof's black. As a matter of fact I swung by the body shop that I use to paint my stuff at the other (he's also a client of mine since I do all of his electrical work in his shop and he hooks me up with a discount) and they just finished painting the roof black on an '05 acura TL. The TL was pearl white with tinted windows and the black roof flowed into the back window so nicely.

 

Looks goofy IMO. I think it would look cool if you wanted your drivers side door black though

 

lol as soon as I opend the thread I was like "woo thats my car lol". Was not expecting it.. It looks nice and I think yo should do it. i have really thought about doing it (kina like bull's Z). But I would deft. get the trunk black also (or CF). And also i think it would look nicer with a after market body kit. Nothing ricy , maybe KurmuZ or something like that.

I am actually thinking of doing the same except for the roof. I wanna do the OEM style CF hood and the grill. I think it will look good with my black Works.

right now, im debating on what will make me happy in the long run. this is a very 'racey and agressive' (imo) look and in a few years im not sure if i wanna be 'clean and classy' or 'racey and aggressive'

 

...dont do it. looks way to ricey IMO. the Z looks really good however in that 2 tone paint job, but I will not compare the 2 since its not the same car...if you wanted that sportier look than you should have bought the Z

 

Paint some of the bumper black as well...like the area between the headlights & grille.

I say no. I don't like the grill. If the hood is going to be CF, the roof should be as well.

I will give you major props if you rip out the sunroof and put in a carbor roof like the M3 CSL. That would be hot!
