Actually, it was the 1984 Dodge-PPG Twin Turbo M4S Prototype:
2.2 Trans Four OHC 8 valve I4 (2198 cc / 132 cid)
400 Horsepower @ 7000 RPM
300 lbs of torque
0-60 mph in 4.1 seconds (estimated)
1/4 mile: 12.9 seconds @ 104 mph (estimated)
Top Speed: 194.8 (observed speed - Road & Track Magazine)

And some other facts:

It was track-tested to a top speed of 194.8 mph.
It's transmission is the same one in the 85 Daytona Turbo.
The engine is the same 2.2 liter that was used in the Daytona, Aries, LeBarons, and Lancers, but was a mid-engine placement.
The engine in this car was a 16 valve twin-turbo design that put out over 400hp@7000 rpm, and 300ft-lbs of torque.
A lot of the engine's design was put to use in the later IROC Daytona and Spirit R/T.
The M4S designation stands for Mid-engine 4 cylinder Sport.
It's one of a very few cars that had a perfect 50/50 weight distribution.

Great pictures! Great cars. If I ever have too much money, I'm going to get me a Porsche Carrera GT.
