by the way which state was the plate from? it seems like wisconsin to me ... could it be the one i saw ???

actually I think it was Wisconson from what I remember...the plate said "O I WISH" lol sweet....and yes I was laughing my *** of trying to get pics of it and tryin not to wreck during the 5 o clock rush hour
