Practicing with the new cam...

i was playing around with my new cannon rebel XTi camera over the weekend and this is how it came out. please let me know iwhat i can do to make them better. thanks. hope you all like them....

nice a fellow rebel xt user! woohoo! not bad! are you using the 18-55mm kit lens? good pics but you need a change of scenery, that background is horrible! =) i mean that in a nice way but yah your subject will compliment better with a different background and probably timing of the day! invest in a 12-24mm f/4.0 lens, thatll do wonders for scenic and car photos!

You need to shoot during sunset/sundown. Also, learn to shoot manually (Read "Understanding Exposure" by Brian Peterson.

BTW, black cars are the hardest to shoot. Good luck!

the car looks ok but the spoiler ruins it IMO.

The pics look pretty good for your first time using the camera balla. Cars looks good as always. I'm getting the Digi Rebel Xti by the end of this month as well, i cant wait to learn how to use it.

Pics look good. Car looks good. Only think I would change is the layout of the decals.
