20's for looks....19's for performance. if u're gonna track, don't even think about bringing 20's onto the track.

plus, take into consideration that 19" tires cost way more than 20" tires =/

19's for sport driving or 20's if you want a show look. Some wheels aren't offered in both sizes so that could be a determining factor as well.

20" is a much more common rim diameter, thus the tires cost less as greater quantities are made at one time and the manufacturing cost per tire decreases. 19" wheels are far less common, so they cost more as fewer are made. It's all supply & demand.
