Logically you would think so. If it is other way around then it will push water out to the sides, but if it is the way it is then it's going to push it in. I guess I need to flip them to the other side. I got to go check how is it on the other side.

there should be an arrow on the sidewall that shows the rotation or the word outside

As far as I know I have no pressure sensors in the wheels (at least those valves don't look like that have pressure sensors in them) And neither VDC or Tire pressure lights are on. Everything runs smooth and nice

Would you use a bigger spacer if you did it all over again? Is it possible to use a 30mm spacer without moding the fenders?

I'll know that soon enough. I just purchased 25mm front and 30mm rear for my M45 rims. Rolling the fender is rather easy though.

I would not go bigger.
25 is just right. Bigger puts wheel out a little further (30 for example) and gets car dirty faster. And might look a little weird too.

Go with 25 great look, good handling. Just right.
