Its no skill, just patience. use a lot of soap, use a credit card with a terry cloth over it to smooth out. then poke the holes... then wait, time heals just about all errors with these. Mine still aren't perfect on the rear, but the headlights are.
Just a friend to help you out, its always interesting. I never did them alone, just jump in-- I would say expect to spend 30-60 minutes your first go around, just keep soaping them till you get it right!
I love these, Gives a very "moded" (I know its modded, i ran out of characters) look for a very small price... pair up with rims, and your a ?pimp?

so you basically dip it in soapy water. How many do you get for the rears.
I want to buy like the 6/10. Does it come with a practice pair.
And any tips on installing it, how long did it take bubbles to clear
a day in the sun maybe?

It just takes patience and a fair amount of time. Some tips/tricks are in regards to the taillights are:
use a spray bottle with soapy water,
spray down the overlay,
spray down the the area the overlay will adhere to
have a blow dryer set on the lowest heat setting ready
wrap up an expired plastic credit card/blockbuster membership card/ect. in a terry clorth or microfiber towel. You will use this to smooth out the overlay of bubbles
apply overlay to the area, use blow dryer a little only to make the middle part of the overlay stick, smooth out bubbles with card wrapped in clotch, parts of the overlay (middle, not the edges) should begin to stick, keep smoothing out the bubbles with card wrapped in cloth while following it with the blow dryer right behind it. You want to work inside/middle part of the overlay out to the edges when you smooth out the bubbles and get the overlay to set/stick on the edges.
At any point that you mess up/crease the overlay, just slowly/carefully peel back the overlay and spray the area and part of the overlay and attempt to smooth it out again.
Important thing is to take your time and work slow. Do not over dry the overlay and make a mistake (use your spray bottle to keep things wet until the fit is perfect) or a crease in the overlay will remain permanent/hard to smooth out.
I've used this method successfully several times on FGC club members cars (chucky, 98intrique, dabomb, Gilley, etc. )who were afraid to do it themselves...
BTW - it looks good. Jtrain. you did a good job. Did you find putting on the head lights were difficult?
