That's not a K series. The s2000 has the F20c motor.

L Tuner- Not to sound like an a**, but I think that the pictured S2K has the revised F22C engine. Note the gold valve cover, plus it's an 06'. S2K model year 2004 and up have the new F22C. Just wanted to clarify. I'm not trying to punk you or anything. The internet...hard to communicate in sometimes...

lol, no worries. I completely forgot to look for the Mid-Gen attributes. It is indeed an AP2 S2k.

Just traded my S2000 in for the G I had the same exhaust but hotter wheels...haha...by the way, that exhaust makes the S2000 sound very G35ish at certain points in the power line.
