Actually its not an overlay(vinyl) its actually real cf, layed on there with resin clear coat n polish.

And no we didn't cut at it.

thanks guys, i know i cant wait either, im still waiting on a few things b4 we can paint it, the cf grill, new bumper, and my projectors, i hope my brakes come in before i can get the car out .
