thanks marty.
i guess it didn't take long for someone to figure out the right click button
yeah, those are the size tires I am running. took some work to get the rear tires to fit. still need to run a little bit more camber, but otherwise I'm done.
car is getting itself ready for a couple of track days this yr, that's why I decided on 18s. had it fine tuned by Sam at GT Motorsports for more useable power. might need an oil cooler...we'll see how things go.
but yeah, that's why I got 18's. RE30s are scheduled to come out in 19s this Fall.
I was gonna sell these wheels, but since I didn't get any takers without losing a bunch of money, I decided I'd throw them on. I kinda of like the contrast. You kinda lose the wheels since they are black, but they don't look as small because the tires add to the overall diameter.
a bonus of going with 18s is that the Stoptech rotors look ginormous behind the wheels
18x9.5 = 17.5 lbs
18x10.5 = 19 lbs
265/35/18 = 25 lbs
295/35/18 = 30 lbs
i think my previous set of GT-7 wheels weighed in at around 26 lbs

hey david...
yeah, rear fenders are rolled. i initially was gonna shave it, but the place I was gonna take it to was 90 miles away.
found someone local to roll my fenders and I think he did a great job.
the passenger rear fender had a minor issue that I'm learning to deal with. the bodyshop had cut and replaced the damaged section during the accident, and the weld seam leads down to the fender section that got rolled.
small dip, but nothing major.
