Kuruma Z Bumper....?
I can't believe I'm hearing this about the Kuruma bumper. I dropped mine off
at the painter, gave them the paint code and 3 days later I was installing it
without any alterations. Thank God it's urathane, had it been fiberglass it
would have been gone months ago! I have lot of pic, this is one of my
favorites....nothice the gloss and fitment! (perfect)

WTF....here's another pic that shows just how nice these bumpers fit without
any modifications other than prep/paint!

I think the guy who started this thread is just a n00b who got raped.
Sorry for using your ride bro but this is what I had to deal with x10. Take note to both outer corners where the bumper meets the lower outer corners of the headlights. I bet some of your bodyshops just arent telling you the whole story......IE: that the fitment sucked & went ahead and corrected some issues cause they already quoted you a price. I also had an issue where the bumper had to get sprayed 3 or 4 times cause the paint kept fish-eyeing. proper prepping was done before hand. congrats to those who got good fitment, but mine wasnt so easy.
the fuvker took alot of time & money, thats all.
although this is a different bumper, heres another example of the bumper having to be notched out where is meets the headlight. Take note to the bumper not lining up with the fender. (The area closest to the wheel).
Im **** 'bout this shyt and it wouldnt "fly" with me

are you having any rubbing issues with the RH top portion of the bumper, where is meets the hood? (part between the RH headlight & grille). Its it rubbing the paint away? (on the top side when you open your hood?) I see clearance is tighter on that side than the left side.

Thanks for the heads up about that fitment. I was thinking about going this route. Nevermind on that idea.

^ I havent taken any pics of the car with the ings sides yet. I sold my GTS's recently and am awaiting my T1S's. Ill post up pics then. Im not diggin' the way the car looks with the oem 19's. Looks goofy and imo, not worth posting up. lol...
I actually like the grille ive got. I know most say it looks better with the oem one

I can also chime in here. I got mine installed just last week. It definitely did NOT fit perfectly. After prepping the bumper, we test-fitted it. It needed some work in a few spots, grinding down a couple areas and also having to fill/smooth out some indentations. Also had to modify the side brackets from the oem bumper, so that they'd fit on the Kuruma. Even now, fitment isn't perfect, although it's pretty decent, because of some adjustments/modification.
If you think you can buy this bumper, paint it, and throw it on, you're wrong.
