Well this thread is DEAD... Likely because no one comes on here anymore.... OR no one is willing to spend the amount I just did on a handful of parts... Just shy of 1k... I SWORE I wouldnt do it, but I did...... I started buying the rare parts... I am NOT WILLING to buy the ARC bits. 500 dollars for a oil cap is crazy... 1500 for a strut bar is nuts... But thats me...

Have a few rare items in my collection similar to guitarrocker. Hopefully I'll get my hands on an ARC oil cap one day but for now I'm happy with my Top Secret one

Those welds are tacky. Not sure why anyone would buy that fancy looking thing.

That's not "mild steel", it's not easy to weld with a TIG welder. Your used to seeing "machined welded" parts. That's hand done. I think they look fine.

+1, those look beautiful and exactly how a hand weld should look like.
