yes but nothing major... took me 20min with a dremel.. just shave around the top a little so it won't hit the exhaust tip.. cleared an fits perfect

ahero4eternity and/or richard, did you guys have to modify at all to get those diffusers to fit, or do you replace it directly from the stock piece?

nothing is replaced. this diffuser goes over the stock rear bumper and is held on by a couple of screws/double sided tape.

if you get one that fits...ravspec, ebay (surprisingly), kuruma z, etc...then no modifications should be necessary. the authentic nismo diffuser has fitment issues.
