New Wheels, Yet Again. (More Auto Couture)

Riley

and a pic of the last 2 sets so u have something to compare to:

i think the blue lips stood out the most since they were something wild... and are still my favorites.. but these i find very classy and a totally different look..

damn, you crazy fukc Riley! For some reason, the lips just look too big and out of place on the G. I like the blue lips best.

Seem like you have lots of $$$$$. How come you alway work on the wheels. Not body kit or under the hood. Might be a stupid question, but, just very curious.

not sure if u noticed but since im using the "mercialago fitment" outer hoops again in the rer i swapped the spoke to a 25mm curve to make it not appear so deep.. but i kept the front flat to get the look i wanted with the wheels.. funny thing is brighter wheels normally look bigger but i feel the blue lips looked bigger than these...really liked em (well i still have em.lol. but will be gone soon).. either way these are nice temp wheels until my works come in a few weeks.. which will be a whole nother look all together :-D

Yeah, they definitely look like you can throw em on the back of a Lambo. Cant wait to see the works or the 1 of a kind volks.

sorry for the double post but, i dont like doing engine mods.. when i want/need a faster car.. ill buy a faster car. personally i dont believe in modding a perfectly fine and warranteed engine to go faster because i dont go around racing everyone and their brother.. i drive fast and its quick enough for me. also body kits... i used to have kits on my old car but i feel that slammed w/o looks just as good if not better in some cases.. plus having my frame less than 3" off the ground.. the kit would pretty much get ahnialated anyways..

to each his own, at least you liked one of them.. my goal with this car was to just change the entire style of the car with the wheels every other month or so... so that each time it basically looks like a totally different car.. i could go with the same look each time but then it would be boring.

LoL 11 people looking at this thread, seems like your wheel threads are very popular. I think the lips are too massive, although props for sticking thouse bad boys on.
IMO the second set is my fav

I think we've reached the point of too much lip. I don't know if its the finish on the lips or what, but that first pic just looks horrible IMO. The concave spokes make the wheel look goofy IMO. I think the fitment on your last set, but with a polished lip rather than painted would have looked alot better

man you have some crazy lips on your rims. i would have preferred a chrome or polished lip though. it looks good.
