Ok...those RE30 looking multi piece rims have to be the nicest I've ever seen. Dammit I don't want to have to buy new rims.
You can barely make out the tag in front of the multi piece rim. Looks like its gonna be the GT30.

My Work Vs-XX are +24 all around. Alvin's Work Vs-XX are +17 in the front, I believe. Both of us are running a 9.5/10.5 setup. However, I'm running a 3" lip up front while he is running something much smaller (can't remember the exact size, but it's no where near 3"). Unfortunately, I have no room whatsoever for a BBK with my setup.
That's a direct wheel-wheel comparison.
My friend Andrew had some Racing Hart R5 Pros 19x9/19x10.5 +26 front and rear. That is not an aggressive offset, IMO. However, he still had a 3" lip up front and a 5" lip in the rear. The offsets are weaker than mine, yet the lips are of equal or larger size compared to mine.
So weak offsets do not automatically imply weak lips, and aggressive offsets do not imply large lips.

It's going to depend on the rim you choose. What most people refer to as an agressive offset is having a lower +XX mm (+23, +17) in the rear because in general that gives you a bigger lip. Refer to this link for offset definition.

+1 i like the edges the 35's have... they rounded the 37's too much. i thought the old prototype they did (back about a year or so ago, the one that everyone seemed to like) was just right, but they never go with the prototypes.
