Custom powdercoat+painted lip shouldn't cost more than $200-300 if you are just after the look.

Ask Scott to powdercoat them for you. He said he can hook up a good price. Then have the lips painted red.

That and get some spacers. You can't sport TA [style] TE's with weak offsets.

What are your current offsets? And do your TE-37's have recesses between the lug holes to clear the extra length of the stud like the stock wheels?

there 19x8.5F and 19x9.5R +22 all around...the rears have some but not alot extra

if you are considering painting, why not just paint your te's black and do a yellow lip to tie in with the JDM overlays?

If you are willing to roll, you could go 20mm spacers all around, and end up at 9.5+2 8.5+2. I currently running 8.5+22 and 9.5+5, but I'll be getting 20mm spacers soon so my fronts will be 8.5+2 also. Running 245/35/19 and 285/35/19.
