Tinman and hi-tech g are the only two that I can think of that pulled off the chrom/high polish wheel look on LR. I have yet to see any other chrome/high polished wheels that I like - on LR at least. Psycraf's DPE's were nice. JMHO, tho.
If you'd rather sport chrome, then more power to yah. We need more variations...

Unfortunately, supercharging cars isn't cheap. The kit itself will cost you more than twice what you want your budget. Then include installation, tune, gauges, etc. Oops, there's another few grand.
Do keep in mind that if/when you get aftermarket wheels that you can get 800+ out of your stock 19s - depending on tire tread/tpms, etc.
