Hey bud, just followed your link to the florida club and man that run on dec 1st sounds like a blast. I have prior commitments, but I may just have to break away for it. I missed last weeks meet, which sounds like it was a dissappointment to some due to commitments as well. I'd love to get to know a few of you guys on the boards for sure. Let me see what I can arrange. May just have to trailer over to the tampa area and then head down to miami after the event. Any idea when it starts and ends on sat?
Thanks. It was perfect at the canyons for some shots on saturday morning. That drive back was hella long. I think I still have a wallet impression on my axx. On the way back heading into tx sunday morning. Around 5 am a car heading the opposite direction hit the grass median and flipped god knows how many times. I ran over to help the 2 ladies and not sure if one survived, she wasn't looking good at the scene. She was drenched in blood and they had to cut the 2 doors out the passenger side to get her out. What I do know is they both would have got run down if we didn't stop. That section of interstate was nothin but rigs at that time in the morning. No lights, just crop fields. When I ran over to help, I asked her how many people were in the car to make sure no one had been ejected. Luckly I had one of those handheld spot lights. As I was checking under her car for fuel leaks I heard 2 rigs heading our way. I got up from under the car and there was no way they knew we were sitting in the road. Her car had landed back on the highway blocking 1 lane fully and partial of the other. If I hadn't had the spot light to flash them down, she probably would have got plowed down. All the lights on her car had busted out in the accident. After those 2 rigs went by I ran over to my truck and brought it over and hit the high beams on the car so people coming would see it. Dude, it was the craziest thing I've ever experienced. All this because she had dozed off at the wheel. Glad I had Danny and ***** with me to drive.
