As far as you HDR treatment goes, There was absolutely no image layering or multiple exposures. All of the images are single-shot non-HDR's. However, some of the post-processing techniques that Rubin (photographer) used, can lend to an HDR-esque result. Thanks for the comments, synth

^ No, no tint on the front windshield. It may appear to look like that due to the lighting.
