New Tow Hook Bracket

I finally have the use of my tow hook back. Now I can hit the tracks and not worry about not being able to be towed out of the dirt.

well...seeing that Turbonetics in your sig makes me worry.

true story:

HIN SF back in 2006, we see cops pulling people over before the show starts and again after people leave the show. I have an APS ST and already got a ref ticket at HIN San Jose the yr before.

Here I am shattin bricks...so I end up calling AAA to tow my car, only to realize I have to remove the wheel well liner to get to the screws so I can remove the front bumper to get to the tow hook. Also have the remove the undertray. I have no tools.

Eventually we hear the cops are letting the show cars leave without hassle, so I was able to get out of there without issues. i avoided a big headache.

moral of the story:

you may not never need this, but when you do, it'll be too late

in either case, this product is out there if you guys/gals are interested. just click on the link in my signature for more information and detailed pictures

another story...

after installing the APS ST, my scavenge pump and fuel pump crap out and I'm stuck on the fwy. luckily my installer is nearby and sends out his techs to help trobleshoot and call a tow car.

luckily they brought tools to remove the front bumper to allow the flat-bed tow truck to tow my car.

both of these instances and the recent hobby of tracking my car, made me realize i needed to come up with a solution.

geez...I sound like an infomercial, but all true stories.
