Hey Robert,

How about getting some 3/10's now instead of your darker 6/10's? I highly doubt any cop would give you trouble for the lighter 3/10's.

don't give a *** how long i've been here. its ugly and its the truth.. It doesn't even flow with the G's body line. I mean just look at it. It has a sqaure hole and polygonal shape angles. wtf is going on there.

uhmmm maybe the cop was being an ***....ive had my tails smoked for about 2+ years now.....*knocks on wood*.... do you need a stock rear bumper??

you can wetsand them. i used to have painted tails and i just had them wetsanded and they were like new.

i probably dont plan on putting the overlays back on. ill be changing the look of my car a little bit and it wont go with my new theme

The cop did you a favor, it looks 100x better without overlays. Never understood why people put those things on anyway, so ugly and tasteless.

I've had painted tail lights for about 3 months "knock on wood" still haven't been harrassed yet for them. And my commute around LA, OC, and sometimes SD are usually cop infested areas too..

I kinda liked the overlays because it matched the windows. Now the red on the taillights is screaming at you because the rest of the car is subtle-colored. Another option might be to do a "cut out" tint for the rear that leaves the lighted section exposed fully - no tickets, and no WOW that's red taillights

+1 on losing the kenstyle rear. We don't drive Hondas. Great if some like it, but it is ricey.
