Not to dis your friend's car or anything (Even though he probably gets more attention than he can handle!), but IMO, it's GT-R or nothing. Yes, it is a "skyline" but the GT-R is what made skyline a "skyline." The pure essence between the base/GT-T and the GT-R are not even close.

Vin,

We really don't race each other, but I would say that his car is defn. fater than mine.

He has a smaller turbo than me, but he is able to run alot more boost.

Im sure you have first hand experience with knowing the GT-R and GT-T comparison. Sorry I dont have $80k sitting around for me to blow on a basically stock car. When you get a GT-R we'll compare them.

You're right. In the mean time, I'll just get a base Impreza, turbo it and hang out with the STi crew.

Yea, I dont know why they didnt come out any better.

Also enough with the negative comments! Yea, its not a GT-R, but it is still a Skyline, you don't see one everyday, and I would call it a rare car.

Goodness, the R34 looks ugly next to the CPV35 (G35C)

For people who claims a Skyline is nothing without the GT-R badge? Isn't that like saying the only Mercedes worth buying are the AMG's and the only BMW worthwhile are the M's? It's nice to have a capable car, but it would be a complete waste if the car is much superior to driver skills.

Yea cause I hang out with a GT-R crew cause there are so many around. Im 19 years old and I couldnt afford a GT-R. I had to take out a $20k loan to pay for everything on top of the $25k I put down. glad to see someone with such a common car has so much to say.

EDIT: did I mention that Im buying a new motor and converting it to an RB28 (not 26, 28)

Honestly those pics look like ****. the're blurry because we were on a roof and it was windy. we had to turn the ISO down on the camera and adjust somethings, we never used this camera before. I need new rims and to lower it more, I know this. I dont have the money right now to drop on the rims and tires I want. Tom is looking into some suspension work and new wheels aswell.
