Being that it's the middle of winter up here, most people are probably running winter set-ups on stock wheels.

If its not snowing why do you need stock wheels on? just wondering there may be a good reason.

 

Summer tires are terrible in cold weather even without snow. The compounds they are made of make them very slick in cold temps. Also there is usually and abundance of salt/sand on the roads which kills wheels.
