For me personally, i get away from everything. I concentrate on clean driving and one of the few times u can actually practice ur heal-n-toe action with downshift revmatching. After 10 minutes of it i get into it and i find that i am pushing the car to its limit without me knowing it. It is the best adrenaline rush i can ever experience. Most of the time i come home and i have to get 2 hours of day time sleep after a run like that.
