And just like the R35, it's missing a 3rd pedal.

I keeeeed I keeeeed. It's amazing how great photography can make even the least tasteful cars look somewhat appealing. I'm sorry but while the quality of the work can't be denied (whoever threw this car together did an amazing job and the craftsmanship appears to be top notch), this car has a major identity crisis. Kudos on the build but it's just not my cup o tea. To each their own. +1 on the photoshoot and the black interior trim over the tacky looking red plastic that was there before.

2) Slotted rotors for those nice big calipers.
I don't know if you saw his other thread but the breaks are from a G37, so I'm not sure slotted rotors are available yet for them. The entire brake system is brand new so I wouldn't change a thing.

I agree but you need to consider the price of it. Doing FI right might cost equal to everything he has in the car right now. You also need to consider the goals the OP had in this build. I think the goal was for a show car, so body mods and the interior definitely needed to be done first. I am not a fan of riced out cars that really aren't any more powerful than the stock ones but the OP did a great job.

It has a third pedal. It's called the e-brake pal!!! lol jk.

OP, my only suggestion is really minor. I say you get rid of the extender for your shifter **** (the little clear piece inside the lever) to make it sit further down, and throw on a shift boot. You can probably get a custom black leather one with red stitching made for you pretty inexpensively (www.redlinegoods.com)

Quote: Man your car has come so far from that POS with FOOSE WHEELS!

I'm glad you found some taste somewhere along the way.

Nice ride man. Be proud.

PS. Are you CDF\CAL FIRE?
The foose wheels were bought by my then GF at the time who became my wife. She did it on her own and out of her heart...I think she is awesome so I have always had taste just had to work around her. The AXIS wheels will be up for sale soon also. I'm not asking anyone to hate or like my rice. It's mine..Thanks though for any comments.

As Far as FI my wife and I decided that FI will be a sponsored thing or not happen. We are close to closing this chapter and working on our FX as it will be mine soon as I pay my mods off. Then she gets

Her 2010 Maserati.......Yes I'm saving now

Quote: I didn't mean to pluck a heart string there. I was just saying that there is no way I would say they were the same car if they were side by side.
No worries man...Just defending her choice of wheels. The funny thing is I painted them black and put them on her FX.

Definitely not my cup of tea, looks too rice for a G, and what's with the lack of the third pedal? =P

Skaterbasis said it the best...

Quote: I must be the only one who thinks the ride is extremely riced out looking. I can appreciate the effort and there are certain aspects of the car I love, but overall I wouldn't be caught dead in it. But if the owner likes it, I guess that's all that matters.
