for some reason the grille area looks giganticly bigger than normal

prolly cause you can see right through the mesh, if there is any. too much light shining through it, that's all.

I'm with you on that one. I wonder why that is? I don't think it has anything to do with the lighting.

Perhaps once the OP posts some better pictures, it won't look like such a gaping hole.

looks good. +1 for better mesh up top and down low if not going f/i. thought about some 06 lights as well?
