Technically no, but if your offsets don't warrant a need to have a big stretch why do it.

i just bought bc coilovers ...my plan was to drop the g on stretched tires

 

right but you have to understand that stretched tires are not for looks and should only be used when needing to clear fenders and prevent rubbing

I would suggest you look around this site and others and research that before you hurt yourself or your car

we are always here to help and point you in the right direction

 

My concern about fitment is coming to a reality.

Problem with this is it's not how i wanna ride. I need little tire showing. Fender on rim sorta look. Doing that with 18s and this setup in the pic, car will be on the ground and not driveable. Git it?

It doesn't... but depending on what offsets the wheels are will depend how much he will need to stretch the tire.
