Aggressive Wheels & Stretched Tires: Post 'Em Up! [[Some NSFW]]
Spring rates are 14k front and 7k rear (which is equivalent to 13k on an OEM style spring). They are also linear rate springs as well...meaning no bounce whatsoever. AANNNDDD. My rear springs are an inch shorter than what you normally get from stance. But I included some helper springs so the damper stays right in the center of its stroke at ride height.
bottom line...
They're firm as fawk but smooth as butter
And yea they're set to full stiff too

wow...nice dude, I didn't copy JBF's setup, I went with that because I had a 14k/14K setup on an old set of tein monoflex that I had and it worked well

I was referring to the Mazda. I myself have similar to what John has. 14k up front and 8k in the rear. The 12/5 was not cutting it for me. Down the line I'll probably be going stiffer. Might go with JIC's and have them build something up for me.
