H&R has them too.

Ichiba doesn't make them in a V2 style.

Bad experience for you or someone you know?

I don't have any personal experience with either, just know that they're the only two brand names that manufacturer the V2 style wheel spacer in a 10mm that I have seen. There are probably other manufacturers that make them in 10mm V2 out there somewhere.

Talking about spacers how often do you guys check them. And what are or should the proper torque specs be? 80-90?

I lowered my rear as much as the Tein Basics allow w/ springmount mod & removing the collar rings. Now it sits exactly how I envisioned it, but I scrape my exhaust or something every time I leave my driveway or on dips in the street. I try coming in at extreme angles but still manage to scrape for a second. It's a stock exhaust, so I'm not too worried about the damage right now. For you guys that are really low, do you just live with the scraping, or is there something that can be done about it. I'm guessing my only option is to raise the car about 1/4" - 1/2".

If not, what is the worst case scenario for having my underside scrape. Is there anything there that would cause a huge headache if it gets damaged from scraping?

This is a picture when I lowered it the other day, it's maybe 1/4" lower now that the springs settled a bit.
Sideskirt is about 2" off the ground.
