Yes and no. They sure as **** aren't made in Japan haha.

Portions of all American modular wheels are made over seas.

The multipiece CCW don't but there others do

 

Certain wheels, they don't make the classics or LMs in anything larger than an 18 because... well anything larger starts going against the grain of performance and CCW doesn't sell pretty wheels, they wheels intended for track use. Some of their forged one piece wheels come in 19s and 20s though.
