^ yet only charge a few dollars less than a legit 3 piece wheel? AND they still call them multipiece wheels. Like stfu, ***** 1 piece lol

for the lols, there's a guy on Zilvia trying to sell his Varrstoens for $1700 lol says he paid $500 to have them powdercoated highlighter yellow.

the advantage of a 2 piece welded over a 3 piece is they are lighter.

And the advantage of a 2 piece wheel over a monoblock forged is....

None.

2 piece welded wheels aren't lighter, they're more rigid over 3 pieces because of they're all metal flange and no room for metal stretching. But other than that they are pretty much useless and in a luxury line of wheel like Work Gnosis, Schwert or Varianza, it's to cut costs on construction. Because we all know those wheels are NOT designed for track use.

If you're going to do it all over again, don't even bother with a 2pc wheel.

Well it's not a big deal, for daily driving there is no real disadvantage to running welded wheels. If you bought them in the specs you want then they're mint either way. Only advantage to 3 piece in that sense is the ability to widen the wheels. (or make them smaller...) And obviously to replace damages components.
