well i mean... education as in educatin'em how to drive better, I find women don't get any better at driving... EVER.... like they're literally the same driver at 50 as they were when they first got their license, this is based on every female driver I've ever known.
Not to get sexist here gotta even it out and say guys hit a peak/plateau where they've been driving good for so long, that they just start driving carelessly and it amounts up to bad as well.
Lowered car drivers I gotta say are the cream of the crop, we know how to fckin drive.... aaaaand never get speeding tickets... can't speed nowhere when you're 2 inches off the fckin ground

one thing I will mention is that having driven side by side and in the cars of the some of the lowest cars around I can safely say none of them drive slow.. if they avoid potholes or go slow on entrances or over speedbumps ok sure, but they tend to drive EVEN faster
