You would need alot of low and camber to fit and decent amount of stretch....since you seen over your head with this I'd advice you to not go with those specs

A simple answer is yes. Stretching and camber will be needed. I ran more aggressive fronts and similar rears without a pull.

Running more aggressive specs on my sedan, go low, stretch and camber. Remember anything can fit
