adon i kinda want the valve stem to come out from the step lip, thats some euro status and dpe joked the design :-)

my stems are on the inside of my wheel, i requested that they be put there. They don't HAVE to be located on the outer lip, it's just what they do by default.

No, but they are like right under my brake discs so they are a pita to fill but it can be done, if they were like an inch further back it would have been perfect.
