Tru, couple of the z guys I know have 6pt cusco cages and have lil issues of leg room clearance; however, Cusco does offer padding for the front portion of the cage.

Ryan ordered it from Andy@PerformanceNissan and I had mine ordered from Justin@WestCovina Nissan but still debating on installing it or not

No, it can not be made SCCA legal.
The Cusco cage is 40mm. That is 1.57 inches in diameter. SCCA calls for 1.75 inches diameter piping for vehicles over 2,700lbs.

On the real though, the Civic is gonna look so friggin sweet once all the other parts come in to tie the blue roll cage in all together.
