this is a stupid question: it may be because of the demographics but why do G/Z's in the NYC area are never heavily modded? most i see is wheels. ????

not that its a bad thing i am just curious.

Simply put... OUR ROADS SUCK.

We don't have the luxury of smooth roads to put on Kits and REALLY slam our cars.
