hdr - i take mine at -2 -1 0 +1 +2 and merge them in photomatix

by using tripod u take 5 shots of different appature? is 5 really better than 3?

No 5 different exposures. Put the camera in M mode and adjust either the aperture or shutter speed to the different exposures based on what the meter reads.

Beautiful car.

Probably doesn't really matter, but if I were you, I'd blur out the license plate on those pictures. With a car like that, I wouldn't risk having someone look up the address and getting near that car.
