Just installed my Megan Racing Resonated Test Pipes heres some videos. The test pipes come with an extension so i didnt have to do the non-fouler trick, but i put one on each side anyway and i didnt get the CEL or SES yet.

Figure instead of starting a thread every-time i get a new part i might as well make one thread and update it so here i go.

I'll start with my first mods

Heres my car with paper plates.





First thing i did was add some bump in the trunk. 1 Alpine PDX - 1.1000



2 Alpine 12 inch Type-X 1243 Subs





Custom made subfloor. Still need to finish. i need one more 1000 watt and one four channel. then ill put the floor on with a plexiglass window so you can see the amps in the floor. Then a double din alpine touch screen up front.

Then I got a SUPER AGGRESSIVE hood that doesn't match my non aggressive SPORT bumper. ViS Racing Carbon Fiber OEM Style Hood

Then I got some Tein S-Techs



Then My GF bought me some 38% Tint



Then I decided to paint my headlights





Then I bought a Nismo CAI.




Tony gave me his Kinetix V+ Plenum which i painted and im shipping that to Kinetix on monday to get it regasketed.



I try to order at least on part every month or two, so ill keep everyone updated.

man im just thinking about it now i did all of this in 1 year. ****! after all this small stuff then ill save up for the big things, turbo, widebody, etc...

i just got the test pipes installed, ill let you know how it sounds after a while. But from the drive home from the shop it seemed like with the windows up going full throttle it doesnt sound any different, but with the windows down then you can hear everything. It sounds good to me, im going to check the bolts in a week then see how it sounds

 

why c/f and no wheels or drop?

 

Maybe those are next on his list?

Not everyone gets wheels first, then c/f hood, etc. etc.

 

i got a drop. Tein S-Techs for the G. wheels are on its way but i like doing cheap stuff first. i figured the stock rays wheels look nice enough so i can do other things first. I think it looks like its not droped because my front chamber is out of spec so the top of the tire slants into the well, thefore looking like a gap. but i assure you its dropped and the rims are coming soon. but first a CF front splitter and a CF nismo replica rear diffuser, then im done with the outside (besides rims).
