They are partially painted, and I think there's nothing wrong with them.

Besides, it seems like everyone (especially in NorCal) is rockin' fully painted headlights. Props to Nam for being a lil bit different, yet still keepin' it clean.

imo the partially painted ones are much better too... the completely painted ones look way too bland and don't do the 06 projectors justice.
