I got the camber issue sorted out. Went back to Nalley Lexus, got a good tech this time that had experience with modified vehicles. He got everything adjusted in ~15 minutes. Would've been less if he didn't have to walk halfway across their massive service bay to get tools. Fyi, short of having a less than knowledgable tech my first time through, Nalley Lexus was really good about their service. Only charged me for my initial alignment, since we couldn't figure it out the first time. Kind of a PITA that I had to drive ~100 miles to get it done, but thats one of the joys that comes with modifying cars: only a metropolitan area has a lift your car will fit on.

Anyways...

Ended up at

Front: L: -1.9camber, .02 toe R: -2.2 camber, .03 toe
Rear: L: -1.3camber, .11 toe R: -1.3camber, .08 toe

I think I need to dial in a little more negative camber in the rear. It feels kinda boaty in deep turns. Kinda bothers me that the fronts are .3~ off between the two. Don't guess it matters though

The SPC rear arms are 100% easy to use. Once Patrick @ Forged told me how they worked, I couldn't believe it took the first tech 2.5 hours and still didn't figure them out.
