Pretty sure it isnt chopped... Theres nothing odd about the other side of the wheels and someone else said because on either side of the wheels the body looks weird? They had to cut those parts to make the wheels fit, picture if they didnt cut it, the wheels would rip the body apart. Looks real to me, UGLY but real nonetheless.
