Depends how big they want them to be.
Mine is 4 pages tall and 9 pages wide (I didn't mount the last (right) column, so you only see 4 tall 8 wide). The PDF file is 30.8MB - not TOO bad. I'm not going to do this for everyone, just sin3 because he asked. Everyone else can follow the link in my first post and do it themselves.

Maybe I am missing something but I am a little confused as to why people are willing to pay you for this when you posted a link that does it for free? Am I missing something? And couldnt you post your pdf file for everyone to print it out at there home printer/work office.
Probably because I'm a photographer and I can take the pictures for them to print out.

can you use glossy photo paper with color laser printers? hmm, i'll look into that. but yeh, photo paper = monies.
