Interior Upgrades

Here are some before and after pics of some minor upgrades that I did to my G. I feel rather that I was not able to get the Al foot rest pedal b/c it comes attached to the carpet. Well, thats a lie, I can get the pedal for a mere $1000 and new carpets...too rich for my blood. Otherwise, I am quite happy especially w/ the paddles

^ Thanks UGA.

Gary c - There is a sticky on driver under Tech '07 sedan that tells you how to do the install. The PITA IMO was getting the Torx T30 screws off as they were screwed on really, really tight. Also making sure the steering wheel is aligned correctly is key. Otherwise, it wasn't too bad. Oh I got the kit from Riverside

Where'd you get the foot pedals from?
All Ive seen are the aluminum pedals that screw into our... didn't like those.

When I shopped for the OEM sport pedals, it looked like the whole pedal assembly had to be replaced and the pricetag was a bit much.

Could you provide details?

Rick over @ Riverside hooked me up w/ the pedals. So here is the break down: break pedal costs $30, gas pedal costs $130, and the foot rest costs $1000+ b/c it comes attached to new carpet (cant imagine how much labor fees are to put that carpet down). Rick said he would PM me when the foot rest comes separately.
The rubber on the break pedal can just be taken off quite easy and w/ a little bit of work, you can get the Al break pedal on. As I do not have the technical expertise to install the gas pedal, I went over to my dealer who charged about $50 for installation.

Knowing Rick now has these, I may do the pedals this coming Spring.
I'll do it myself... And maybe make a DIY while I'm at it.

I should just give Rick full time access to my bank account and when he sees that I'm at a balance for whatever is new to us, he can pull funds and ship.
