^ i have the new photoshop cs3 i think it came "free" but a good copy. what are the steps.

You'll need to select the area you want to enlarge and then edit menu > free transform, and click and drag to the size you want. Once you deselect area, start smoothing over the lines by either cloning or smudge tool.

To select, I used the elliptical tool for the wheels (slight selecting some fender lip) and for the exhaust I used polygonal lasso.

Does this help?
